- By Road: Kitela Lodge is 151 km from Arusha, about a 2-hour and 30-minute drive.
Take the A104 road to Makuyuni, then turn right onto B144 heading towards Ngorongoro. The drive is an easy, scenic 2-hour journey on a tarmac road.
