Ol Tukai Lodge is renowned for having one of the best spots in the world to watch elephants. It is set at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest freestanding mountain in the world and Africa’s tallest mountain. It is situated right in the heart of Amboseli National Park, one of East Africa’s captivating wildlife parks, with the eastern part of the lodge being home to several elephant families. Writers have described Ol Tukai as “the Home for the Gods!”
It was not until 1996 that the lodge opened its doors. It is designed to take full advantage of its rare environment. The endless plains dominate one side while the other is lavished with a forest of indigenous acacia trees.
The Lodge with its African style, wide-open and manicured lawns blends into its surroundings. Facilities include conference rooms, beauty spa, art boutique and an attractive multi denomination chapel for the most unique park weddings.

Kibo Safari Camp is a luxury tented camp in Amboseli National Park in Kenya at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Amboseli, meaning “salty dust” in Maa, the language of the Masai, is a place of stark contrast. The park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery the park is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Kibo Safari Camp has 73 self-contained tents for single, double, triple and family accommodation. The beds have been custom designed and locally made using bush logs and will ensure a good night’s sleep!

Tawi Lodge is an oasis set in succulent rich gardens, interspersed with crystal clear springs and large shady Tortilis Acacia trees. Set in the shadows of Mt. Kilimanjaro, this eco-lodge combines unpretentious comfort with subtle accents of style coupled with traditional East African hospitality.
The lodge and cottages sprawl along the edge of dry acacia woodland with Mount Kilimanjaro standing proudly above. Elephants often pass right close by, gently allowing close absorption into their secret lives, from the comfort of the cottage decks.
Each of the “elegantly rustic” cottages are richly appointed, most with incredible views looking out over the mountain. They have spacious bedrooms, private decks, ensuite bathrooms, with both bathtub and shower. Each cottage has large, snug 4-poster beds.
